01Who we are
Granite Cove Pools started nine years ago as a small deck-building crew working mostly around the Lakeshore Road area, and the focus hasn't changed since: decking and landscaping built specifically around backyard pools, not general home renovation work spread thin.
The business operates as Granite Cove Pools Ltd., registered to carry out residential construction work in the region, with every project run by the same core crew rather than rotating subcontractors.

We design and build the decking, framing and landscaping that surround an existing or newly installed pool — from a first consultation sketch through to planted beds and pathway stone. Every project passes through the same three-stage offer, so the scope you see on the Services page is the complete, final list rather than a sample.

Every quote follows the Deck Design Consultation, so pricing reflects your actual yard rather than a generic estimate. The three services on our Services page are the full priced offer — nothing is added beyond what is scoped at the consultation, and every line on the quote traces back to something discussed on that visit.

Approach
Every yard gets measured on site rather than quoted from a photo, so the plan fits the actual grading.
Quality control
A site coordinator checks footings and framing against the plan before decking goes down.
Communication
You get a call or message at each stage change — footings set, framing done, decking started.
Accountability
If something falls short of the quote, we fix it before calling the project finished, not after you flag it twice.
