By using this website or engaging Granite Cove Pools Ltd. for deck design, construction or landscaping services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

3. Description of the service
We provide deck design consultations, poolside deck construction and landscaped surround packages, as described and priced on our Services page. Prices listed are starting figures; a final written quote follows an on-site assessment.
4. Eligibility and your obligations
You confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization to commission construction work at the address provided, and that information given during the consultation (yard access, utility locations) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Bookings, orders and payments
Consultation visits and builds are booked once a quote is agreed. Payment terms (deposit, progress payments, balance on completion) are set out in the written quote. See the Payment & Refund Policy below, and our Cancellation Policy for changes after booking.
6. Intellectual property
The Granite Cove Pools name, logo and website content belong to Granite Cove Pools Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information through the contact form.
8. Disclaimer
Content on this site is provided by Granite Cove Pools Ltd. for general informational purposes about our services and is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but services, materials and prices may change, and final scope is always confirmed in your individual quote. Outcomes of construction and landscaping work depend on site-specific conditions such as soil, grading and existing structures; we do not promise a specific result beyond what is agreed in the written quote. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the value of the service purchased.
9. Returns & Refund Policy
This section covers deposits and payments made for consultations and builds.
Scope. Applies to the consultation fee and any deposit or progress payment made toward a build.
Eligibility. A full refund of the consultation fee is available if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Deposits for a build are refundable if the project is cancelled before footing work begins.
How to request. Email [email protected] or call +1 250-717-3862 with your booking details.
Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable cases. Amounts corresponding to work already completed (materials ordered, footings poured) are not refundable once that stage has started.
10. Cancellation Policy
How to cancel. Contact us at [email protected] or +1 250-717-3862 during Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Cancellation windows. Cancelling a consultation more than 48 hours ahead is free; later cancellations may forfeit the consultation fee. Cancelling a build before footings are placed returns any deposit in full; after that stage, costs already incurred are deducted.
Rescheduling. We would rather reschedule than cancel — most date changes can be accommodated with a few days notice.
Cancellations by us. If weather, site conditions or capacity require us to cancel a booking, we offer a full refund or priority rebooking, your choice.
11. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party resources (municipal permit portals, mapping services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
