01What we build
Deck Design Consultation
$150 CADAn on-site visit to review the yard layout around the pool and sketch deck shape, material and step-edge options suited to the space and existing grading.
This visit is where the plan takes shape: we walk the yard with you, measure the pool edge and the surrounding grade, and talk through the decking materials and step placement that suit how your family actually uses the space.

Standard Poolside Deck Build
$820 CADConstruction of a composite or wood decking surround sized to the pool, including footings, framing and a finished railing where the grading calls for one.
Once the plan is agreed, our crew sets footings to the local frost depth, frames the deck to the pool perimeter, and lays the decking surface. Where the grade drops more than a step, a railing goes in to keep the edge safe.

Premium Landscaped Surround Package
$1,330 CADA combined decking and planting package that extends the finished area with planting beds, pathway stone and lighting points placed around the new deck.
This package carries the deck build further, turning the raw surround into a finished outdoor room with planting beds, a stone path from the house, and wiring points ready for low-voltage lighting fixtures.

02Coverage area
We schedule projects out of Lakeshore Road and across the surrounding communities. Travel time is factored into the consultation visit, and the map on our home page shows exactly where we are based.

05About our pricing
The prices listed above are starting figures for a typical pool perimeter. They cover standard materials, footing placement and framing labour; final figures depend on an on-site assessment of grading, perimeter length and material choice. A written quote follows the consultation visit, so you see the confirmed number before any build work begins.
A longer perimeter, a steep grade that needs extra framing height, or a composite upgrade over pressure-treated wood are the most common reasons a final number moves above the starting figure. We walk through each of those factors with you during the consultation, so the written quote never arrives as a surprise, and you can decide which upgrades are worth it for your yard before anything is ordered.
