Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultation fee cancellation

Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled Deck Design Consultation for a full refund of the fee. Cancellations inside that window, or a missed appointment without notice, forfeit the consultation fee, since the time slot cannot usually be filled on short notice.

Deposit cancellation — before footings

If you cancel a Standard Poolside Deck Build or Premium Landscaped Surround Package before footing work has started, your deposit is refunded in full, less any custom-ordered materials already purchased on your behalf (these are itemized in writing before being deducted).

Cancellation after work has started

Once footings are placed, the portion of your payment covering completed work and ordered materials is non-refundable; any remaining balance of a deposit beyond that is returned.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email [email protected] or call +1 250-717-3862 during Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00, with your booking reference. We confirm receipt within one business day.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Rescheduling as an alternative

If your plans change, ask about rescheduling before cancelling — most consultation and build dates can move with a few days notice at no charge.

Cancellations initiated by us

If weather, site conditions beyond our control, or scheduling capacity require us to cancel a booked date, you receive a full refund of any payment tied to that date or priority rebooking, whichever you prefer.
